- Why am I not able to view movies immediately?
Before receiving unlimited access to viewing our entire VOD library you will be asked to verify your email address. Once your email verification is complete, you will be granted full access, and will no longer require future verification for convenient VOD viewing.
- You have three video quality settings. Which one should I use?
You can choose between the different sizes and quality options and make a selection depending on your preference and what settings are going to best fit your system needs.
- What software is required to view your movies?
You must use Windows Media Player 10 to view any of the videos contained in this site. To install a free copy of Windows Media Player, click on the link at the bottom of this page to download. This player must be the default player for viewing the WMV files.
- How can I make Windows Media Player my default player?

- How can I preview a movie?
You can preview a movie by selecting the View Photos option or by viewing the movie synopsis.
- I lost my password, how do I login?
If you are unable to locate your password, you may use the Password Look-up feature in the Customer Service Site
- How do I change my credit card information?
You can easily check the billing information in the My Account portion of the Main Members Area. If you have any changes in your billing preferences that need to be made, or have any questions, you can contact us in the Customer Support section of the Main Members Area.
